Well it has been a little over a week since
Dave Shaffer and I (
Mark Briercheck) got back from our
North Carolina Mountain Training Camp.

We have been going down there every spring for quite a few years now. I must say that if you have never ridden in the mountains of NC and TN you are missing out some great riding.

We had 4 solid days of riding with the icing on the cake being a climb called 'Little Switzerland'. It was a little under a 10 mile long climb. I think our climb time on Little Switzerland was a little under 45 minutes.

In addition to the climbs (and crazy descents), the scenery and the roads are just amazing.

And by the time it is all over you come home with a little bit of fitness in the legs.
